The Ponds tournament experience is complete and comprehensive when bringing out a small group of business associates, important clients, or hosting your annual fundraiser or corporate outing. From the moment you and your guests arrive, our tournament coordinator and staff provide you with undivided attention to the details that will allow a relaxing day of golf for you and your guests. We have the ability to accommodate any size group, from small corporate or private outings to full tournament groups of up 216 players.
At The Ponds, we provide individual attention for your group and you will not be sharing our staff or facilities with a wedding or other event at the same time as your tournament. Our professional staff will help you organize any and all aspects of your event from breakfast, lunch or dinner accommodations to prizes, merchandise, or even golf instructional clinics. Our goal at the Ponds is to make you and your event look the best it can be.

Our professional staff is dedicated to assisting you with all of your group planning needs...making your job much easier and ensuring a successful event from start to finish.
Group Planning - Our Tournament Director, Dan Lockwood, will assist you with all aspects of planning from golf, transportation, creative prizes and awards to exceptional food & beverage offerings. We can even help select group photographers and hole-in-one insurance companies to add participant interest to your event.
Besides our 27 hole golf course, we have extensive practice facilities where your guests can warm up before their round. We have a nice club house that can handle groups below 100 people very comfortably and for our larger groups we continue to provide an optional enclosed party tent that has worked great for our many of our satisfied customers.
